Option 3
Virus and Spyware Removal: $99
With this option we will access
your machine remotely, diagnose and attempt to remove virus
and malware software from your machine. We may at our
discretion install or uninstall software.
If it is determined that your virus or malware can not be
removed safely or effectively, you will be eligible for a refund minus a diagnostic
fee of $29.00.
